These terms govern use of the public POINTS96 and HAYLEX website and public materials. Paid services, pilots, APIs and customer environments are governed by separate written agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POINTS96 is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
